| | Today I ran in the morning then I went up to Renegade camp and ran my afternoon run at delano peak which was the most amazing view ever seen. Then we did a night run which was very tiring but super fun! Renegade camp was awesome!

| | Today I was not feeling good I missed morning practice but went to afternoon practice and felt fine but it still hurt. Found out I needed to get my appendix out.

| | Today I started up running again and I felt pretty good. my legs were the only thing that hurt but felt better the last half of the run. I Had a fun time at the run-a-thon even though I didn't run. I am excited to get back into it!

| | Today I ran in the morning and felt good. my stomach hurt a tiny bit but not bad. I also did weights in the morning which was nice and felt good. This afternoon I ran and felt pretty good. my stomach hurt more in the afternoon but was not terrible. Running is getting better.
