I run with PineView and I am a 10th grader. I love to run.
I ran for 60 minutes today. I felt good on the beginning of the run but not to good at the end.
I feel sore but i am getting better. I am so excited for XC!!!
Today I ran for 40 minutes I felt pretty good but a little sore.
I ran 50 minutes and felt sore. I felt better at the end of my run. I am getting better and am so excited for XC!
Today I ran 55 minutes. It was really fun but tiring. I was pretty sore after but had a great time
