I had a pretty good run. my feet hurt a little bit but not for long. I went on a 35 minute run, 15 minutes on road and 15 minutes on grass with 6 striders. I felt a little sore but not bad.
Today I stayed a good pace. I ran 40 minutes and I stayed with the group for quite a bit of the way until the end. I did not not feel bad and I was not very sore.
